@Lily @Ludovic Gameloft . We just finished our HoC promotional series. Mandy nor Andrea told me we were going to work with a new community manager. How do I go about getting the prizes distributed to our winning teams?

Okay, one quick question from me.To get started, I'd like to check Forum on a daily basis each morning, so If I want to quickly understand what happended in the forum yesterday, is there any major issue we need to take care of or not, which part should i go? Ideas/Bug report/Q&A? Thx guys

That is a good question.
Most of the relevant information are shared on the General section. You can easily see know which thread has unread content. You will also quickly learn which are the most valuable ones for you to read, by the title and by a quick scan through.
In Ideas, you get some general ideas about the game, hero design ideas, etc. But what I think you should look more there is threads about nerf/buffs. This is where they are at. Not all of them are good or pertinent, but if someone create a thread on a hero, maybe there is something there.
In Q&A, you get some threads about specific questions about the game (item, build, which hero does what, etc). Questions that tends to be more general are often left in the General section (clever!)
For the rest, you can look around and interact with the forumers in other threads. But these 3 are the ones I check on a regular basis.
.. and sometimes, I check the "Bug" to see if I can discover something I dont know. But that is not happening often

I play IOS and i have no bug, lagg, disconnetion all this works perfect to me. However i got an important issue, if I try to go over a ranked game i can get more de 30 min to get in a lobby and then are the leavers. The most players only play unranked know. We should discuss some ideas to keep ranked alive, I suggested already some very short seasons like 15 days and then start new one in another map. So people that got silver or gold wouldnt stop playing to protect their points. The season is already over and we have to wait next to be able to play 2 weeks and then...the same.
okay, i see what you mean here. Let me talk with dev team about the ranking matches, and see if we can modify the current season length problem.
In addition to the advice from @Levesqmi, on the main menu of the forums are listed new and hot (often replied to in a short time) topics, as well as a link to a page with all new posts since your last visit.
So you can follow up what changed since your last visit fairly easy.
Usually when there is a hot topic with an alarming thread title, there's something you should pay attention to.
Forumers won't always @ the proper person to address them, they'll often address Gameloft in thread titles or forget the @...
perhaps you should make a qq account since you are actively based in china...
