Late game mage Hero idea

    Hero Idea: Late game Mage
    Miyoki, Tricky Magician
    Lore: Miyoki had no one. She was raised in the streets and lived on the streets. At age 9 she took it up on herself that she will learn to do something to earn cash. Looking for something she stumbled upon a flyer that teaching magic. When she got to the address out came a old man dressed in a magicians cloak. Miyoki asked if he really does magic he said he does and has the book of magic in the back. Intrigued Miyoki cut the old mans neck and went to the back. For 11 years she perfected the skills now she can rob a bank without even flinching. She now wants to see what other treasures she can loot.

    Skills:

    1. Doves take flight
    Miyoki will send a flock of doves in front of her damaging and silencing enemies hit. Miyoki can cast the skill again to teleport to where the doves are currently. Radius of the doves 6m and travel 15m. Dmg 150/200/250/300 + .55/.65/.75/.85
    And silence for 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds.

    Range: 15m
    CD: 20/18/16/14

    2. Bunnies
    Miyoki will summon 3 Rabbits in a 90 cone, to hop 4 times, if they reach max range or hit an enemy they will explode damaging and splashing. If all three of the rabbits hit the same hero they will deal an additional 100/150/200/250 + .65/.75/.85/.95. Original damage 50/100/150/200 +.75/.80/.85/.90. Splashing for 75%/100%/125%/150%. Each rabbit when hits an enemy will slow them by 25% and reduce their magical resistance by 5/10/15/20.
    Mana: 180/190/200/210
    Range: They hop 4 meters each hop, total 16m
    Cd: 15/14/13/12

    3. Magicians Enchant
    Passive: 3/4/5/6 successful AA or 2 skills hit with an enemy will inspire you increasing your damage by 40/60/80/100 and your attack speed by 10%/20%/30%/40% for 5 seconds. Does not stack but refreshes with the needs meet.
    Active: select an enemy hero to Form an enemy into a CUTE sheep. They can't AA or use spells and they are slowed by 10/20%/30%/40% for 5 seconds.
    Mana: 100/120/140/160
    Cd: 20/19/18/17
    Range:8m

    4. Magicians thrill
    Select an enemy hero to attack with a high burst of magic. You will hold the skill for 1.5 seconds at 1.5 seconds you will release the skill dealing 200/300/400 + .55/.75/.85, and splashing for 100%. If the enemy dies you get a free Magicians Thrill. Additionally you will deal an additional 50/100/150 if the enemy has been hit by Magicians Enchant.

    Op as f hero. If you call this a late game hero wow it would be good beginning, mid, and late game.

    The sheep skills is a bit broken, I mean it's kinda like sias ult exept that they can be attacked

    Looking at this. This hero is excessively over powered. Might redo this hero. You should look at more recent ideas from me @Legit_death instead of older op ones lol
