[New Hero Idea] Caelan, Master of Metal

    Note: This is the first time I've contributed a Hero idea, so the stats and skills may be off balanced.

    Lore: Abandoned by his mother at a young age, Caelan was found and raised by a mechanical race known as XXX. Seeing great potential in the boy, the metal beings trained him, teaching him the secrets of metal. They taught him their ways, hoping he would aid their Hero, 12-B, in a quest for vengeance. (cuz their really pissed that they were woken up, it says in 12-b's story)

    Support-Ranged-Magical Attack

    1) Metal Turret: Caelan places a stationary metal turret which functions as a normal tower would, though it instead targets who Caelan attacks first, then enemy heroes/towers, then enemy creeps. It has an attack speed equal to Caelan's base attack speed and fires projectiles that deal 55%/65%/75%/80% of Caelan's Normal Attack. Costs 100/175/225/295 mana and has a cooldown of 25/21/18/15 seconds.

    2) Metal Whip: Caelan uses a long metal wire to grab a hold of an enemy creep or neutral creep (does not work on heroes or 'boss' creatures such as the dragon) and moves that creep to target location in range. Damage is dealt to all enemies (not buildings) in a small area where the creep lands. Damage dealt is 65/75/85/110. Caelan may not move while using this spell. Costs 100/125/150/175 mana to use and has a 11/9/8/7 second cooldown. If this skill targets an enemy hero, damage is still dealt, though not aoe. That enemy hero is instead slowed for 2/3/3/4 seconds.

    3) Heated Metal: Caelan forms a ball of metal around target ally, enemy, or building. If used upon that ally, he/she gains physical and magical armor based on that hero's current physical and magical defense and gains a DoT heal of 20/25/30/35 health per second for 5/5/5/6 seconds and costs 100/130/150/170 mana. If this skill is cast upon an enemy, then that enemy takes 30/45/60/75 DoT for 5/5/5/6 seconds. That enemy's movement speed is reduced. If used on a tower, that tower takes 10%/20%/30%/40% less damage for 3/4/5/6 seconds.

    4) Metal Golem: Caelan dons metal armor, gaining extra health, armor, movement speed, skills (Like Akartu's switch weapons), and deals physical damage instead of magical damage. While in this state, Caelan's normal attacks become melee and his skills don't cost any mana. Caelan looses attack speed as well. Caelan may choose this skill to level up at level one. 5/4/3/2 second cooldown.

    Metal Golem Skills:
    1) Leap: Caelen jumps to target location, dealing 50/70/90/95 damage and stunning all enemies for .5/.5/.7/1 seconds. 20/18/17/15 second cooldown.

    2) Rocket Blast: Caelan fires a rocket from his fist, dealing 50/60/70/80 damage to target creature and stunning that creature for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. 23/22/21/20 second second cooldown.

    3) Heavy Armor: Caelan adds more metal to further reinforce the suit of metal he is in. For 3/4/5/6 seconds, Caelan is immune to stuns and knockbacks and gains a small amount of armor and looses a small amount of movement speed. 20/18/16/14 second cooldown.

    4) Caelan removes his metal armor, gaining back his former stats and skills.

    You should make his ult a toggle ability, maybe take away mana per second when active?
